Day 1
SRINAGAR - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.
Warm wel-come and arrival assistance by our representative at Srinagar airport at an altitude of 1730 mtrs and transfer to Hotel / House-Boat, Srinagar known as Paradise on Earth and The Venice of Asia. Afternoon leave for Shankaracharya Temple / Takht-e-Suleiman about 1000fts from Srinagar for panaromic view of the valley and then visit famous Mughal gardens of Cheshmashahi, Nishat and Shalimar are the Mughal Emperors concept of Paradise.
Day 2
SRINAGAR- PAHALGAM
After breakfast drive for two nights tour of Pahalgam 7200fts (village of shepherds) enroute visiting the world famous saffron growing fields, Awantipura temple ruins (9th century) and Martand Temple ( sun temple). On arrival in Pahalgam transfer to Hotel. Evening at leisure.
Day 3
PAHALGAM - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Late morning visit famous sights from Indian film industry ( bollywood), Baisaran view point, Aru village and Chandanwari by horses or car at self. Pahalgam is also famous for trekking routes and base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Enjoy the natural beauty and river Lidder by evening.
DAY 4
PAHALGAM- GULMARG.
Morning after breakfast leave Pahalgam to Gulmarg by-passing Srinagar at 8700 fts know as meadow of flowers, famous for Golf course during summer with 18 holes hghest Golf course in the World and ski resort in Winter. Day at self to explore Gulmarg and enjoy Horse ridding snow sledge and Gondola ride to Khilanmarg, Kongdoori. You may also enjoy playing Golf. Evening at Leisure.
DAY 5
GULMARG - DOODH PATHRI
Morning after breakfast drive for an overnight tour of Doodh pathri is a marvelous bowl-shaped valley. The shepherds from different areas travel to this place along with their cattle and stay here for days together. It is believed that the cattle grazed at the meadows of Doodh pathri produce rich milk in large quantities, for this reason, it is called the “valley of milk” Doodh (milk) pathri (valley). This valley is connected to Gurez and Poonch on its North by adventurous trekking route. The area is inhabited by Gujjars “nomads” who are also the caretakers of the cattle of the villagers in summer.
DAY 6
DOODH PATHRI – SRINAGAR
Morning after breakfast free at leisure , Afternoon drive to Srinagar. At arrival transfer to Hotel. Evening at Leisure
DAY 7
SRINAGAR – GUREZ ( 125 KM , 6 TO 7 HOURS DRIVE )
Morning After breakfast drive towards for majestic Gurez valley ,Gurez valley is located in the Himalayas and you reach there through road from Bandipora via Razdan Top. The drive is nothing less than a spectacular experience and you will notice the beauty of nature at its best.Visit Razdon top located at an altitude of 11672 feet. It is famous for its medicinal plant. Razdan Pass is an adrenaline-pumping road in India. From Razdan top you can view the snow-capped Harmukh Peak which is the highest mountain peak of Kashmir. On reaching Gurez, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 8
GUREZ LOCAL SIGHT
Morning After breakfast for local sightseeing of Gurez. You will be visiting a local town known as Dawar. It is famous as an archaeological site. Here you will get to see beautiful log wood houses. The local people of Dawar town are called “Dards”. They are very friendly, you can talk to them and explore more about their local lives.Later you visit the pyramid-shaped Habba Khatoon peak. The beautiful mountain peak is an important part of Kashmir’s history. It is named after famous Kashmiri poetess Habba Khatoon. Another attraction of this place is Habba Khatoon spring. Lucid water gushing out of the mountain range is crystal clear and has medicinal properties.
After a fun filled day, head back to your hotel. an overnight stay
DAY 9
GUREZ – SRINAGAR ( 125 KM 6 TO 7 HOURS DRIVE )
Morning After breakfast drive towards Srinagar.On your way, visit the Izamrg village and capture the splendid green meadows on your camera. You can also choose to take a walk around the village to explore its charm. On arrival in Srinagar, check into the Houseboat for an overnight stay.
DAY 10
SRINAGAR - DEPARTURE
Morning after breakfast Shikara ride of the lake and then depart to Srinagar Airport / bus station for onward journey.
