Arrive Srinagar
On arrival at Srinagar, get transferred to Hotel. On arrival check in to the hotel and relax. Later on we meet us with backup vehicle at our hotel. Backup vehicle will be pickup truck. Get hold of Bikes (For Rented). Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 1SRINAGAR- LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.
Morning after breakfast leave for Shankaracharya Temple / Takht-e-Suleiman about 1000fts from Srinagar for panaromic view of the valley and then visit famous Mughal gardens of Cheshmashahi, Nishat, Shalimar are the Mughal Emperors concept of Paradise, Hazratbal and Lalchowk.
Day 2Srinagar-Zojila pass-Drass-Kargil (200 Kms) Biking Start
We start our Bike Ride early morning after Breakfast, Kargil is zonal army headquarters. We see lot of army establishments as we move along towards Drass. Drass has War memorial which is a MUST visit place. Crossing Zojila pass is a tough task because of its road condition but once we cross that, route to Leh is good. Overnight stay at Kargil.
Day 3Kargil – Leh
After Breakfast we start our journey towards Leh. We will visit Lamayuru the oldest monastery in Ladakh and Mulbek, the rock carved Buddha statue on the way. Also visit Sangam (Confluence of Zanskar & Indus river), Magnetic hill. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 4Leh: Day at Leisure/ Maintenance
The morning is at leisure for rest & acclimatization after the long journey. Maintenance of bikes. Afternoon visits Shanti Stupa. Overnight at Leh Hotel.
Day 5Leh - Khardungla Top – Turtuk (230 km/8 hrs)
Khardung La is 18000+ Motorable pass. Driving this pass is tougher than the world highest pass as the gradient is tougher. Roads except near pass are in much better condition than what we encounter daily around our home town. Overnight stay at Turtuk.
Day 6Turtuk-Hunder (130 Kms/4 Hrs)
Today after breakfast start your journey to Nubra Valley- Hunder. Enroute visit iskit Monastery, Hunder-White sand Dunes. Overnight stay at Hunder.
Day 7Nubra Valley to Pangong via Shayok River (130 Kms).
After enjoying the beauty and the captivating views of the Nubra Valley, we get ready to check another location that would leave us awestruck off our list - The Pangong Lake! We begin our ride post breakfast towards the ink blue lake, taking the unexplored and untouched Shayok village route. This route is famous for its waterfalls, and the beautiful scenic view. The first view of the lake will leave you spellbound and as we breathe that in, we continue towards our campsite near the lake. A sumptuous dinner with a chit-chat session would bring an end to the day. Overnight Stay in Camps.
Day 8Pangong to Leh via Changla Pass (155 Kms/ 6 Hrs).
Enjoy scenic view of sun rise at Pangong. After breakfast, we will ride back to Leh, crossing Changla Pass 17,688 ft. (Second Highest Motorable road in the world). We retreat to the hotel for a night stay. Dinner and overnight stay at the Leh hotel.
Day 9Leh to Sarchu (240 Kms/ 9 Hrs) Bike End
Gear up for the day and start the journey towards Sarchu post Breakfast. We will be crossing the three legendary passes - Tanglang la (17,480 ft.), Naki la (15,647 ft), and Lachung la (16,616 ft). We will also be riding across the famous Moray plains and Gata Loops! Upon arrival, we settle down in Camps, Bikes will drop at Sarchu. Overnight at Camps in Sarchu.
Day 10Sarchu – Manali (220kms/ 6 Hrs)
Early Morning after Breakfast, Start our journey by Bus proceed to Manali. Enroute, We will also cross the famous Baralacha Pass located at 16,616ft. which connects Lahaul district in Himachal Pradesh. We will also cross the famous Rohtang Pass located at 13,058ft. overnight stay at Hotel in Manali.
Day 11Drop at Manali Volvo Bus Stand
After breakfast, Day free for Shopping or roam around Mall road on your own, in the afternoon proceed for your onward journey to Delhi by Volvo from Manali overnight journey.
